The Leadership Accelerator Academy offers a tailored approach to leadership development for emerging and mid-level leaders. Designed to develop and strengthen core leadership skills, it encourages fresh thinking and the exploration of new directions by exposing participants to diverse ideas and methods that complement their organizations.

Developed in partnership with the UAH Office of Human Resources, this program is ideal for early to mid-level managers within the UAH community who exhibit leadership potential and have some level of supervisory responsibilities.

While the Academy is open to the public, we are pleased to offer an exclusive discount to UAH faculty and staff. Applications will be accepted until May 6th.

Lunch will be provided on each course date.
