Biography

Kendra Moore is currently the Assistant Director at AMSTI-UAH. She has also served AMSTI as a K-5 Math Specialist. Previous to becoming a K-5 Math Specialist, she served as a 3rd and 6th grade teacher for the Madison County School District. While there, she served on the Mathematics Essential Standards Team and led Professional Learning Communities. Kendra earned a master’s degree in Elementary Education and is a Google Certified Educator. She is a member of the Alabama Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
