March 16, 2020 Due to the high volume of calls and visits to the Faculty and Staff Clinic, we are requesting that if you need medication refills, please allow 24 hours to 72 hours for the request to be processed. Please DO NOT send your request via email. If we are busy seeing patients we do not get the chance to check email and your request will be delayed. If you need a refill please call 2100 and leave a detailed message with your name, date of birth or A number, medication name, pharmacy, and a number we can reach you at. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:15pm. We also recommend that if you have any questions, please call us rather than walk-in.
