February 24, 2025 The UAH IRB committee has developed Resource Guides to assist you in completing IRB forms prior to submitting an IRB application. We encourage you to review the Resource Guides as you are preparing your IRB application. On the IRB webpage click on IRB Application Resource Guides on the left side menu, then scroll down to see the selection of Resource Guides. These Resource Guides provide more specific guidance when completing forms and also offer some example statements you can add to your forms when it fits your study. We hope you find these Resource Guides helpful. In a few months we would like to send out a survey to see if you accessed the Resource Guides and found them to be supportive when you were completing your IRB application.
