He earned his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Florida. His areas of research include CEO compensation, firm governance, innovation, and academic/research ethics. His peer reviewed work has been published in journals such as Science, the Strategic Management Journal, Research Policy, PLoS One, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and the California Management Review as well as other well respected journals.
