Mark McDaniel is a partner in the law firm of McDaniel and McDaniel Attorneys, LLC. Mr.McDaniel has been lead trial counsel in over one hundred jury trials. He represented Governor GuyHunt, Congressmen and other National, State and Local officials. Mr. McDaniel has taught Criminal Justice courses at Faulkner University for over twenty-five years and he is also on the graduate faculty at the University of Alabama-Huntsville where he presently teaches Business Law and Business Ethics. Mr. McDaniel served as a faculty member for the Alabama Bar Institute for Continuing Legal Education and is a past President of the Criminal Law Section of the Alabama Bar Association.
