cyberstrikeCyberSTRIKE offers customized outreach events for educational institutions and organizations, including interactive activities. Schedule us for career fairs, educational expos, and workshops that feature engaging sessions, expert lectures, and Q&A centered on vital cybersecurity competencies.

STEM.LD / Day of Cyber

Day of Cyber is a one-day cybersecurity camp funded through the Niswonger Foundation STEM.LD grant and available to middle and high school students in Northeast Tennessee. Participants learn about cybersecurity basics and complete hands-on labs throughout the day. The event concludes with an escape room challenge during which students combine their knowledge from earlier topics to solve a mystery.

Limitless Cyber Camp

We believe scholars on the spectrum are limitless. The Limitless Cyber Camp program invites local students with autism to the UAH campus for a day of exploring cybersecurity topics such as cryptography, networking, and hardware. Students are taught by CCRE staff and instruction includes visual supports and schedules to scaffold students' understanding of cybersecurity topics.


Lieutenant Governor's Cup

ltgovcupThe Lieutenant Governor's Cup is a free online Capture the Flag (CTF) competition held in October and open to all Alabama high school students. Educators receive free access to cybersecurity curriculum resources and games to prepare their students for the event.

CTF is a gamified cybersecurity exercise in which competing teams race to solve a variety of cyber-related challenges, including multiple-choice questions, scenario-based solutions, and cryptography and Python programming activities.

Cybersecurity Olympiad

olympiadThe Cybersecurity Olympiad is designed to identify, inspire, and nurture young talent in the field of cybersecurity. The event brings together high school students to compete in a variety of cybersecurity challenges.

Army JROTC Cyber CTF

Army JROTC Cyber’s Capture the Flag (CTF) event is a puzzle-based security computer competition that challenges cadets to use deductive reasoning and research skills in a series of timed challenges. Topics include careers, history, computer hardware/connector, storage components (RAID configurations/ HDD/SSD), peripherals, OS Windows, OS Linux, cryptography, networking: ports/protocols, and networking: cabling.
