The sky is NOT the limit when you choose to become a UAH engineer. Our eight (8) ABET-accredited undergraduate programs and outstanding faculty leaders allow students to gain valuable insights through research, experiential learning, and mentorship opportunities. UAH Engineering students and graduates contribute to many of the 280+ government agencies and companies in Cummings Research Park and Redstone Arsenal through co-ops, internships, and full-time positions.

Our Base Camp for Engineers curriculum for first-year students means that you will have the flexibility to explore engineering majors without losing credits or missing a critical prerequisite course. It also keeps engineering students together for the first year and helps build a community that supports you along the way. Students have the opportunity to engage in experiential learning early on through participation in organizations like Space Hardware Club, Electric Vehicle Club, undergraduate research, and much more.
