Test of the UAlert Notification System Misc Wednesday, August 31, 2016 The event started -2948 days agoMultiday event - 0 days 10:00 AM Online UAH will conduct a test of the UAlert Notification System on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. The test will allow UAH to evaluate the system and allow campus users to become accustomed to receiving alert messages from UAH. UAlert is a communications solution that allows the University to quickly disseminate urgent messages through multiple communication methods including: Voice messages to mobile, home, and office phones Text messages to mobile phones Email messages UAH and UAH Police Facebook pages UAH (@UAHuntsville) and UAH UAlert (@UAH_UAlert) Twitter Feeds RSS Feed (http://rss.blackboardconnect.com/182926/uahuntsville/feed.xml) Indoor voice notification (in buildings with voice-capable notification systems) Outdoor “Giant Voice” speaker arrays For more information on UAlert please visit ualert.uah.edu.
