She received her B.A. in Studio Art in 2016. Shannon mainly works in traditional printmaking processes, such as relief printing and silk-screen. Her work in the exhibit represents her struggle with mental illness and her inability to communicate with others through words. She uses a mixture of prints and installation pieces to bring viewers face to face with her turbulent, emotional state of mind. A reception will be held on Thursday, November 9th from 4:30pm-6:30pm in the Wilson Hall Gallery. Please join us and meet the artist! Gallery hours are M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm.
