NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program Information Session Conference/Lecture Friday, January 20, 2023 The event started -615 days agoMultiday event - 0 days 1:00 PM 2:00 PM Shelby Center Room 107 On Friday, January 20, 2023 at 1:00pm, Fellowship Advisor Jennifer Staton will talk about the National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). The NSF GRFP recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported STEM disciplines who are pursuing research-based Master's and doctoral degrees at accredited U.S. institutions. The five-year fellowship includes three years of financial support, including an annual stipend of $34,000 and a cost of education allowance of $12,000 to the institution. Jennifer will discuss the basic application and eligibility requirements for the NSF GRFP, and she will provide advice on how to prepare for the application itself. Only U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible to apply. This info session is ideal for STEM and Psychology/Social Sciences students who are interested in pursuing graduate school.
