Tai chi incorporates slow, gentle movements that promote mental concentration and mindfulness. It also builds community as participants perform the movements together. Upon completion, enjoy tai chi’s physical and mental benefits at a basic level. This course is intended for individuals new to tai chi (i.e., true beginners). Students will learn the fundamentals of tai chi using the Yang style 10-movement form.
