Mark Waters
Mark is the Senior Director for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and DE&I for the Electronic Systems Sector at BAE Systems. Mark has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources having worked for some of the world’s most recognizable companies including, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Intel Corporation and The Walt Disney Studios.
Mark joined BAE Systems in 2022 from a peer defense company, General Atomics with headquarters in San Diego, California where he led Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organizational Strategy for the company’s aeronautical, sea, and space divisions.
Mark received his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and holds multiple professional certifications including Prosci Change Management, MBTI, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Jenn Morgan
Jenn is the Strategic HR Manager for Precision Guidance & Sensing Solutions product line. In this role she owns the people strategy, advances talent management maturity, and drives organizational effectiveness.
Jenn joined BAE Systems in January, with more than 10 years of experience across manufacturing, engineering, and aerospace industries. She has a proven history of influencing senior leaders, successfully driving organizational change, and enabling clients to maximize productivity and effectively achieve business objectives. She is often described by others as a constructive disruptor, as having a strong bias for action, and as an agile leader.
Jenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis and Master’s degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology and HR Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Jenn is a Senior Certified HR Professional through the Society of Human Resource
