Familiar with the basics of traditional tai chi and want to continue the practice? Maybe you’ve taken tai chi previously and you appreciate the health and wellness benefits tai chi offers to your mindful concentration, body balance and physical coordination. This advanced beginner course will concentrate on learning, improving, and performing the 24-movement form of Yang tai chi. Build upon the tai chi basics and start to make tai chi a life-changing habit that can be practiced alone and shared with others.
