He is well versed in continuous improvement concepts and currently specializes in operational safety assessments and process improvements. Trey has over five years professional experience including activities such as creating Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Work Instructions, and implementing Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Programs. Most recently, Trey has worked with local companies on process improvement activities including Lean Concepts Training, Value Stream Mapping, and facilitation of improvement implementation plans. He is also supporting cybersecurity efforts for defense suppliers through the ACCESS program and working to roadmap manufacturing technology needs for the U.S. Army aviation and missile communities. Trey is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
