UAH Office of Professional and Continuing Education (OPCE) to Launch New Registration Solution

The new Enrole registration software will provide a simplified user experience for those completing noncredit programs at UAH.

The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) Office of Professional and Continuing Education (OPCE) is excited to announce the launch of new registration software for noncredit programs beginning in August 2024. This new solution will provide a simplified and more intuitive user experience for individuals completing noncredit programs at UAH, a part of the University of Alabama System.

Easy-to-Use Shopping Cart

Since our new office launch last year, we’ve dedicated countless hours to improving user experience throughout our program lifecycle–from enrollment to completion and beyond. This new registration solution will build on that goal by offering an easy-to-use shopping experience. Users can easily find programs through multiple search options including search by program topic, type and keyword.

Accessible Content

Our new system will empower users to take control of their learning experience. Users can easily view course schedules, review order history and pay outstanding balances with just a few clicks. Resetting passwords and updating profile information has been simplified. Additionally, digital certificates will be automatically generated and easily accessible in your Enrole account. But don’t worry–our support team is still available at  opce@uah.edu and 256.824.4430 whenever you need us.

Single Source Registration

For organizations looking to register multiple employees, our new system offers a single-source registration option. This feature simplifies employee professional development by allowing group registrations in a single transaction, centralizing billing and reducing confusion while ensuring your team gets the training they need. UAH faculty and staff can now utilize their SSO credentials to access their accounts, further streamlining the registration process.
