Ms. Norfleet assists clients with environmental liabilities and audit readiness initiatives, developing correction action plans and resolving audit findings. She supports all aspects of financial statement audit activities such as briefing audit walkthroughs, reviewing audit findings and briefing audit status to government clients. She has over 11 years of accounting and financial management experience and has supported several government agencies including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the General Services Administration (GSA). DeOnah is also the owner and CEO of Financial Therapy with Coach D and Pretty Décor, LLC. Financial Therapy is a coaching service that provides a safe space to discuss finances, focusing on personal budgeting and changing money mindsets. She empowers her clients to experience financial freedom by breaking financial generational curses. Pretty Décor specializes in custom balloon décor, backdrops and marquee letters for special occasions. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Society of Defense Financial Management (formerly American Society of Leadership Comptrollers). She has served as the newsletter committee chair and on the community project committee. She earned a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A. from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
