- Purpose
- To ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements governing Title IV administration and delivery.
- Policy
- Student Financial Services staff will maintain proficiency with applicable Title IV regulatory requirements and administer all respective programs accordingly.
- Procedure
- Staff will utilize available resources for professional development, regulatory updates and compliance training to ensure that the appropriate knowledge base is attained to ensure effective administration. Staff will regularly utilize the following resources and others as they become available: IFAP, B-Finaid, Finaid-L, COD, NSLDS, DoE Webinars, Professional Association bulletins.
