How to Apply?

  1. Before applying, review the Graduation Checklist prerequisites for Undergraduate or Graduate School.
  2. When you are ready to apply, either download the appropriate application below, or apply online through your myUAH account. Note: Only applications submitted before the late payment deadlines can be accepted online.

  3. If you use the paper application, print and complete the application. Submit application and payment to:

Applications received without payment will be added to the student account. You can pay with check, credit card, or cash in the Bursar's Office (SSB 123). 

 

Graduation Application Deadlines and Fee Schedule

All applications must be submitted to the Registrar's Office, Student Services Building 120. Please submit your application one or two semesters prior to your Expected Graduation Date.

Note about Online Graduation Application

The Online Graduation application is only available until the first/initial deadline. Late applications must fill out paper application.

Notes

These deadlines are for students who have not applied to graduate and will complete degree requirements within the next year.

There is no penalty for applying one, two, or three semesters prior to the deadlines listed above or your expected graduation date.

Official Degree Audit: Degree Application + $50 processing fee + applicable late fees.

A late fee of $25 will be assessed for applications received up to 10 days past the deadline, and a late fee of $50 will be assessed for applications received more than 10 days past the deadline.

If graduation requirements are not met during your application term, your application will be moved up to two semesters. If you have not completed requirements after the second move, your application status will be changed to Inactive and you will have to reapply to graduate.
