Just Move It (JMI) is UAH's 10 week fitness initiative that is open to all faculty, staff, students, and alumni. JMI encourages the UAH community to get up and get moving and to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors, all in an effort to improve the health and fitness of our campus community. Participants work toward health and fitness goals and track their progress online.

Just Move It 2015 will mark our 10 year anniversary! We've made some changes to the program...changes we hope will challenge you and lead you to a healthier lifestyle! According to health and fitness authorities, everyone should strive to get 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week, so this year everyone's goal will be 150 minutes (points) each week, along with 50 bonus points each week for specified daily healthy behaviors. Can you do it? YES, you can!!

All those who complete the program will receive a JMI t shirt at the end of the program. Those who meet at least 60% of the goal (1200 pts) will be entered into drawings for several very nice prizes! Teams can also compete for the coveted President's Cup trophy.
