November 28, 2017 Please see the memorandum for the details of the upcoming Fall 2017 Commencement Ceremony. The deadline for faculty and research staff to notify us of your plans to attend the Commencement if you have not already notified us. The ceremony is December 10, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in the Von Braun Center Propst Arena. The deadline for notifying us of your plans to attend was November 17, 2017. Please note the change in the time of arrival. Since we use the VBC they have their own rules. They are now performing searches before entering the VBC and have certain prohibited items. Read the list of prohibited items. We look forward to hearing from you. We now have parking passes in our office in Student Services Building Room 303. Faculty and research staff may pick up the parking passes from us. Please remember to pick up your parking pass by today, November 28.
