July 25, 2018 Human Resources has updated the Application for Tuition Assistance forms. The revised forms make it easier to process and approve your tuition assistance and apply the funds to your student account. There are two separate application forms, one for employees and one for spouse/dependents. All dependents will have to be entered on a separate application.
