April 7, 2020 We hope that you had a safe and restful Spring Break. The purpose of this email is to provide an update to grading policies for Spring 2020. These changes are being made to relieve some of the uncertainty and challenges we are all facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We've put together a document outlining new options students have with regard to grading through the completion of the semester. In addition, we've created an FAQ document to provide quick answers to questions you may have. More information providing procedural details will be coming soon. These documents will be updated continually and posted on the University website. Please read both documents thoroughly and begin thinking about how these options affect you. Students should immediately begin contacting academic advisors and others for guidance specific to their individual situations.
