The University of Alabama in Huntsville officially closed the campus on Monday (2/15) and Tuesday (2/16) due to potential inclement weather and hazardous driving conditions.  Please record Administrative Leave on your timesheet if you are not working, either on-campus or working remotely.  If you continue to work remotely, please do not record any leave on your timesheet. Administrative leave may be scheduled to be taken at a later date, but must be taken prior to September 30, 2021.

Research Employees:     If you work on campus, please record Administrative Leave BII on your timesheet.  If you normally work remotely, and not able to perform your work effectively, you may claim the number of hours not worked as Administrative Leave BII on your timesheet.  If you are able to perform your job effectively, please do not record any leave on your timesheet.  Administrative Leave BII hours equal to the number of hours you worked on February 15 and 16 may be scheduled to be taken at a later date, but must be taken prior to September 30, 2021.
