During the Christmas and New Year's holidays (Wednesday, Dec. 24 through Monday, Jan. 5) the Central Shipping & Receiving Building (CRB), including Mail Services, will be open for your convenience from 8 a.m., to noon on Monday, Dec. 29, and Friday, Jan. 2. The deadline for bulk mailing is 2 p.m., on Friday, Dec. 19.
Off-campus and incoming mail will be received and processed; however, no packages or mail will be delivered or collected. All university personnel are welcome to come by CRB and pick up packages and mail and leave outgoing mail (which will be taken to the Post Office the next working day). To allow time for mail to be processed, please come by CRB after 10 a.m., on Dec. 29 or Jan. 2 to pick up mail and packages.
Orders for industrial gases or laboratory alcohol will not be processed until after the holidays. And, the surplus property area will be closed. For more information, please call 824.6315 for Central Receiving, or 824.6116 for Mail Services.
