OLLI at UAH Course - The Dreaded Spanish Subjunctive!

Tuesday, January 30, 2024- March 26, 2024 Multiday event - 56 days

1:15 PM 2:45 PM

Wilson Hall

Offered through Osher Lifelong Learning Institute

Spanish uses the subjunctive mood for several purposes, the two most important of which are the imposition of will and a statement involving uncertainty. Mastering all uses of the subjunctive is a significant undertaking, so this course will be limited to Present Subjunctive noun clauses. These are the most common to use in everyday life and, conveniently, the easiest to learn. Join us to start your journey to subjunctive mastery. (It is highly recommended to already be comfortable and conversant using Spanish in the present tense.)
