Grace is a Senior Auditor for the U.S. Army Audit Agency, Business Operations Directorate - Financial Management and Reporting Audits. She began her federal career with the Agency in 2014 as a Department of the Army Intern under the recent graduate program. She has since conducted a broad spectrum of audits in functional areas, such as logistics, acquisition, weapons accountability, science and technology, audit readiness, financial management, cyber, and contract audits. Grace is currently assigned to the Huntsville Field Office, where she is the lead recruiter for UAH.

Grace obtained her Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Finance from UAH in 2014 and a Master of Business Administration in 2020. She has been married to a fellow UAH graduate, Sheldon Smith, since 2017 and is the proud parent of three children: a 3-year-old daughter, 1-year-old son, and another daughter due in May 2024.
