The Department of Atmospheric and Earth Science will host guest speaker Dr. Piyush Garg on February 21, 2024. Dr. Garg is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in the Climate Systems Research Group at NVIDIA.  Dr. Garg will be presenting a seminar entitled ‘Physics-Informed Machine Learning and Causal Discovery Methods to Understanding Clouds, Radiation, and Precipitation Processes’.  Our speaker comes to UAH at the invitation of George Priftis, GRA and PhD student in the AES department.
