Clark Dunn launched the Beyond Rockets podcast in 2019 to interview local small business owners and share their stories. By October 2020, while still in college, he officially formed Beyond Rockets LLC as his business grew. In May 2021, with support from his wife, Clark decided to pursue Beyond Rockets full-time.

Since August 2023, Beyond Rockets has evolved into a Podcast Management Company, helping various Huntsville industries launch, manage, and promote their podcasts. In June 2024, Clark, along with partners Eli Walton, Judah, and Elayne Walker, started "Behind the Cubicle," a podcast co-op for local businesses to explore podcasting.
