Monday, June 24, 2024- June 27, 2024 Multiday event - 3 days

10:30 AM12:00 PM

Wilson Hall

Offered through Osher Lifelong Learning Institute

Why do we need to be more aware of our attitude during cooking and eating? How can we cook meditatively so one can be nourished both in body and mind. Let’s explore together what heartful cooking is all about by discussing age-old practices that were the norm with our ancestors that are backed by science. While this course is all about the how and why we should make the mundane act of cooking and eating a heartful one, we shall learn a heart-centered meditation technique that will help us cook meditatively.

Monday - Thursday (4 SESSIONs) | COST: $40 | INSTRUCTOR: Supraja (Pooja) Gaini | IN PERSON, UAH CAMPUS
