How robust or fragile is our democracy? Is the election going to be a phantasmagoria of abasement and pandering; long on greed but short on shame and ethics? Public discourse has hit an all time low...ad hominem attacks, blatant fact-bending and prime-time myths galore. An intelligent vote or an effective government cannot be sustained by social media or super PAC induced demagoguery. So let’s examine where our action or inaction can be ethically evaluated. Moral dilemmas, politics, policy, legislation will be presented through talks and debates in non-commercial forums to provoke clarity and your thought.
