Mr. Paxton has diverse experience in developing, instructing and applying continuous improvement principles, as well as optimizing supply chains and managing supply chain risk. He has over 25 years’ commercial and government experience in manufacturing, engineering and engineering management, and workforce development. The industries he has supported include aerospace and defense, manufacturing, healthcare, and information technology. Recent experience includes supporting the DoD and DoD suppliers in mapping supply chains, managing supply chain risk, integrating advanced manufacturing, and improving cybersecurity practices. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) Professional.
