She has over 12 years of professional experience fulfilling a variety of roles in business management and ownership, program management, as well as logistics and supply chain management. Within these roles she has gained experience in marketing, customer relations, team management and training, accounting, contract management, supply chain analysis and forecasting, product management, quality investigations, and production line support. Before rejoining the OOE team, Kristin was committed to growing the small business she had established with her husband in early 2015. Through her networking efforts and ability to develop relationships, it became a reputable company that doubled in size every year for its first 4 years of operations. Kristin established a strong customer base within the Tennessee Valley to include several Fortune 500 companies and contracts with the City of Huntsville. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with minors in International Business & Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
