Biography

Dr. Eric Fong's research has been widely recognized and published in respected journals including Science, Strategic Management Journal, Research Policy, PLoS One, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies and the California Management Review. Dr. Fong’s research primarily focuses on critical topics such as CEO compensation, firm governance, innovation and academic and research ethics.

Dr. Fong has shared his insights and findings at over twenty-five prestigious conferences worldwide, including the Academy of Management Conference and the World Open Innovation Conference. He has made substantial contributions to the academic community by serving as a reviewer for over twenty renowned journals including the Journal of Management, the International Journal of HRM and Applied Psychology: An International Review.

Throughout his career, Dr. Fong has received numerous awards and honors for his exceptional teaching and service. He has been recognized as the Outstanding Faculty of the UAH College of Business and has received numerous Outstanding Teaching awards during his tenure. In addition to his research and teaching achievements, Dr. Fong has been awarded over $350,000 in grants, enabling him to continue his research endeavors.
