Biography

Maj Matthew Spinks earned his commission ni 2011 from the Air Force ROTC prgram at the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. He completed undergraduate Combat System Officer training and was awarded his wings at NAS Pensacola in Pensacola, Florida. He is a Senior Navigator with more than 2,700 flight hours and over 700 combat hours in the EC-130H Compass Call and E-3 AWACS. He most recently served as the Deputy Chief, Standardization and Evaluations, 55th Electronic Combat Group, Davis-Monthan AFB where he supervised nine Flight Examiners and was responsible for developing and maintaining group training, evaluations, and aircrew record management programs.
