Building a campus worthy of an innovation hub

The University of Alabama in Huntsville is moving forward with plans for the multi-phased development of the 58-acre Executive Plaza Development site. In conjunction with Rieth Jones Advisors, a specialized advisory firm that serves higher education institutions, the development is poised to transform Executive Plaza to create a college-town experience, elevate recruitment, satisfaction, and retention of student, faculty, and staff while bolstering ties with the surrounding Huntsville community and industry.

Executive Plaza Development Opportunity: Request for Qualifications

UAH is excited to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain submissions from qualified development teams to partner with the University for the multi-phased, transformational development of the 58-acre Executive Plaza site. The proposed development includes housing, research, office, retail, and entertainment space within the first phase and focuses on creating a signature college-town experience for students, faculty, staff while elevating the University.
