The University of Alabama in Huntsville is moving forward with plans for the multi-phased development of the 58-acre Executive Plaza Development site. In conjunction with Rieth Jones Advisors, a specialized advisory firm that serves higher education institutions, the development is poised to transform Executive Plaza to create a college-town experience, elevate recruitment, satisfaction, and retention of student, faculty, and staff while bolstering ties with the surrounding Huntsville community and industry.

Executive Plaza Development Opportunity: Master Developer Procurement
The proposed development includes housing, research, office, retail, and entertainment space within the first phase and focuses on creating a signature college-town experience for students, faculty, staff while elevating the University. UAH is actively working through the procurement process and anticipates selecting a final partner in early 2025.
