Exploratory Advising helps students identify their strengths, attributes, interests and academic goals as they relate to UAH’s programs of study, ultimately leading them to make a confident, well-informed decision on a major.
Exploratory Advising at UAH provides assistance to students who:
- Have not yet decided on a college or major
- Are considering a change in major across colleges
- Are non-degree seeking
Students who have decided on a college, students changing majors within their college, and students taking specific courses to fulfill prerequisite requirements for a second bachelor's or master’s degree will be advised in their respective colleges.
